Change of Email Address for Contacting Zetoc Support and Other Service Changes.

Date of news item: 20 July 2015.

Please be advised that the email address for contacting Zetoc Support has now changed to and we will be using a new helpdesk system to manage our enquiries.

Please send any future Zetoc enquiries or feedback to this new support email address. The older email address for new enquiries will be re-directed to the new support address for a transition period and any updates to calls received to replies from the legacy email system will be responded to.

There have also been a number of changes to the Zetoc service which we have recently communicated, please find a summary of these for information:

New Zetoc URL.

There is a now a new Zetoc URL in effect:

This reflects the move of Mimas services into Jisc last year. The old Zetoc Web address will continue to work for the foreseeable future.

Zetoc Cloud Platform.

The Zetoc service is now on our new cloud platform. This was the final stage of a project to transfer the service onto a more responsive platform with greater flexibility to support future development.
