Authentication problem to the Zetoc service - some users may be affected.

Please note some users may be experiencing a problem authenticating to Zetoc alerts or access to perform searches off campus. Please be assured that we are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Our apologies to those users that are affected.

Update, 12 July 2010: The problem some users experienced earlier today with authentication to Zetoc alerts and authentication to search off campus have now been resolved. Our apologies to those users that were affected at this time.
